- Bun I recommend using our recipe for pretzel rolls, just so god damn good.
- Hot Dog / Sausage In the UK, I recommend Richmond's Vegan sausage. Hands down the best
- Sour Cream
- Jalapenos
- Green Chilli Sauce - I used a mango and jalapeno sauce from Sainsburys
- Red Onion
Chilli Cheese Dog
- Bun
- Hot Dog / Sausage

Chicago Dog
- American Mustard
- Pickle
- Sport Peppers I just used pickled green chillies
- Tomato
- Sweet Relish I could only find a cucumber one from Sainsburys
- Celery Salt
- Brown Onion
You don't need instructions for these really. Do you? Fine.
Cook your sausage / hot dog any way you fancy. If you can, a barbeque is always the best. Invite some friends around, have some drinks, great vibes. If you cant, microwave / pan fry / oven can also work depending on your type of wiener
You can leave your bun plain OR butter / sauce it up and throw it on the barbie or a pan to get some nice texture.
Then just assemble accordingly. The Denver dog is my personal favourite, but all of them are incredible and are amazing if you want to freshen up your hot dog game.
